    McElhanney Land Surveys Ltd. sets realistic goals and assesses performance with metrics to continually improve HSE leading performance indicators that contribute to business success. Some of the leading indicators that we measure include:

    • Worksite inspections;
    • Hazard reporting;
    • Job Behaviour Observation;
    • Near miss reporting, and
    • Safety meetings.
    • We strive to work with all of our stakeholders to enhance health, safety and environmental performance.
