Canadian National Railway needed to determine the potential fisheries, wildlife and ecological impacts of their proposed siding extensions. McElhanney oversaw the management of the project, obtained approvals, performed environmental research and monitoring, completed a post-construction assessment and a five-year monitoring and reporting plan. McElhanney's environmental professionals delivered full compliance with terms and conditions of the Fisheries and Oceans Canada Authorization.
