Within this company we have concentrated the necessary knowledge and experience among a specialized group of employees, and developed customized policies, procedures and contract language appropriate to this type of work.

MESL’s DB/P3 portfolio includes the Golden Ears Bridge project, a new 1,000 meters bridge across the Fraser River, together with three kilometers of elevated highway and nine kilometers of connecting roads; the Sea to Sky Highway Improvement project, a project with complex engineering and construction challenges; and the William R. Bennett Bridge project, which is part of a planned revitalized road network in the Okanagan.
