McElhanney managed compliance and permitting requirements for 27 km of new highway along the Nass River estuary. We conducted reviews of all relevant permitting requirements, ensuring that conditions for all permits were met within required time lines.

As components of compliance management, McElhanney monitored wildlife, vegetation recovery and water quality. We also managed Terms of Reference development for mitigation and compensation construction and oversaw the re-vegetation and reforesting contractors.
