Culvert Installation – Skeena Subdivision

Client: Canadian National Railway (CNR)

CNR’s proposed siding extension included potential fisheries, wildlife and ecological impacts. McElhanney led the project management for this study and implemented erosion control measures to prevent impacts from culvert installation, installed fish isolation fencing and completed fish salvage before installation took place. Environmental monitoring occurred throughout the process and a post-construction report was issued upon completion.
