We recognize the mental and emotional toll that this crisis has taken on people around the world. In these challenging times McElhanney has focused on the importance of mental health – for ourselves, our co-workers, and our loved ones.
All McElhanney employees and their immediate family members have access to assistance for self-help, and mental health and wellbeing through our regular employee support programs.
During this crisis, we also integrated “Mental Health Moments” into our meetings. These moments raise awareness of different mental health challenges people may encounter, and how we can help ourselves, our co-workers, and loved ones who may be struggling.
We are posting articles multiple times per week on how to cope with stress and other related mental health or wellness challenges on our dedicated COVID-19 intranet site and our McElhanney social media, so our employees and wider McElhanney community can have support.
