Update from CEO – McElhanney’s COVID-19 Response

Dear McElhanney Clients,

Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, prioritizing the health and safety of staff, clients, and communities has been McElhanney’s core focus, while continuing to deliver to you, our valued clients.

As economies and communities begin to reopen, we are committed to staying vigilant to our core focus while implementing additional procedures that will allow the following:

  • A return to the office – several McElhanney offices have reopened for staff, with most locations supporting partial occupancy limits. We’ve put in place comprehensive policies, accompanied by training and PPE, to keep those in the office are safe. Over time, we will revisit occupancy levels and increase (or decrease) when and where appropriate.
  • In-person client meetings – while McElhanney highly encourages client meetings to be virtual whenever possible, we have updated our office safety controls and created new screening measures to support in-office meetings when they are required.

Both these changes above are a result of many hours of work with parties across McElhanney. I would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding as we implement these measures.

As always, McElhanney follows our Core Values – care, grit, safety, respect, and accountability. We are continuing to put people first and find innovative solutions to your challenges.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to your McElhanney contacts should you have any questions or require support.
