These appointments build on McElhanney’s established Environmental practice, supporting leadership continuity and clarity across markets and disciplines, with sustainability and resilient communities as shared priorities.
Environmental Practice Leadership
Brian White, P.Eng. – Business Lead, Environmental Services
With nearly 25 years of experience in contaminated sites investigation, remediation, and environmental engineering, Brian has been part of McElhanney’s Environmental practice since 2013. In his new role, Brian focuses on advancing greenfield and brownfield services and supporting consistent delivery across markets.
Kourtney Bradley, P.Biol., R.P.Bio. – Environmental Practice Leader
Kourtney brings more than 25 years of experience in environmental compliance, habitat management, and impact assessment across infrastructure and resource sectors. As Environmental Practice Leader, she provides leadership for McElhanney’s Environmental practice, with a focus on technical rigour and collaboration across offices.
Metro Vancouver Division Leadership
Lisa DeSandoli, B.A.Sc., M.Sc. – Environmental Division Manager, Greenfield Metro Vancouver
Lisa has 18 years of experience leading environmental assessments and regulatory processes for major capital projects. She oversees McElhanney’s Greenfield Environmental team in Metro Vancouver, supporting clear, responsive, and high-quality service delivery.
Tara Jackle, P.Ag. – Environmental Division Manager, Brownfield Metro Vancouver
Tara brings more than 15 years of experience managing complex contaminated sites and multidisciplinary teams. She leads McElhanney’s Brownfield Environmental Division in Metro Vancouver, supporting clients through the technical and regulatory complexities of sites with practical judgment.
